Fabiola Umurerwa
Fabiola Umurerwa is a Rwandese entrepreneur from Kigali with a background in accounting. Driven by her passion for business, she left corporate life to start her own venture first opening a small accessories store in Brussels. After two years of persistence, she became an official Vlisco Fabrics reseller, eventually rising to become one of its most exclusive trading partners.
In 2018, she returned to Rwanda and founded UFACO Garments Ltd., starting with 50 employees. Today, the company has grown to over 300 staff, producing high-quality uniforms and garments for a diverse client base. Fabiola's journey reflects her resilience, vision, and commitment to empowering others, especially women.
